Established in 2014 as a small business consulting company, P Cubed Consulting, LLC expanded to defense contracting in 2019. P Cubed is a small, minority, woman, service-disabled veteran-owned logistics management and cybersecurity company focused on supply chain assurance and operational resilience where cyber awareness and protection are paramount. We are located in Stafford, VA.

About
Our founder and CEO, Sharon Mack Kelley, is an entrepreneur, business strategist, human experience consultant, author, inspirational speaker, and facilitator. Her diverse background over 30 years of combined experience in both the public and private business sectors. While serving and after retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps, she honed her business acumen in project management, logistics management, configuration management, strategic planning, administrative management, and professional development.
Sharon holds advanced degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems/Management, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Strategy and Innovation.
She also earned the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 Program Management and Life Cycle Logistics certifications. Additionally, Sharon maintains certification in Hard- and Software Configuration Management. Finally, she is an active member of the Program Management Institute (PMI) and Delta Mu Delta.
